Privacy policy
The controller is Joshua, reachable at contact@sex-cam-bern.ch. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection applies and, for visitors from the EU and the United Kingdom, the GDPR.
In short
Sex Cam Bern has no accounts, no forms and no newsletter. We know neither your name nor your email address. We keep a few settings in your browser, and our host keeps technical logs.
What is processed
Country. Our host derives from your IP address the country you visit from. We use it to decide whether the live previews must be blurred because age verification is required there. It is not stored.
Language. On your first visit we read the language your browser prefers and show you the German or the English version of a page.
Host logs. Cloudflare processes the IP address, time, page and browser of each request to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
Clicks on partner links. Links to cam sites pass through /go/. The partner site learns which of our pages and which link you came from, and from which country. We pass on no identifier that points to you as a person.
Page views. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without recognising you.

Third-party services
The live previews and some ads are loaded by the CrakRevenue widget from its servers. CrakRevenue and the cam sites then process your IP address and may set their own cookies. In the EU, the UK and Switzerland they load only after you agree in the consent banner. Once you enter a partner site, its privacy policy applies.
Legal bases
Running and securing the site, age-verification rules and counting clicks rest on our legitimate interest. Third-party previews and ads load in the regions above only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by deleting the consent cookie.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and objection, and the right to complain to the FDPIC in Switzerland or to the data protection authority of your country. As we keep no accounts, we usually hold nothing that can be linked to you. Write to contact@sex-cam-bern.ch anyway and we will check every request.

The site is for adults only. We do not knowingly process data of minors.
